     'MicroDAQ' Control Unit

'MicroDAQ' is a low cost, retro-fittable automated Process Data Acquisition System for pressure die-casting machines. It monitors multiple key process parameters for a single machine and displays these through LEDs or Warning Lights, so ensuring that the process is within acceptable limits. The system is integrated into a single Control Unit mounted on each machine, which may be accessed by an external PC, and serves as the Data Acquisition Module for the other systems.

  • Windows based Data Acquisition Software

  • Robust, High Reliability Non-Contact Displacement Transducer

  • Pressure & Temperature Transducers as required

  • Five Analogue Inputs in Standard  Configuration, one Pressure, one Displacement, and three other Pressure/Temperature

  • One Digital Input for Shot Initiation

  • Ten key Parameters calculated at the end of each shot including; Fill Time, Intensifier Pressure, and Biscuit Length

  • Shot Data is digitally output in real time to Process Warning LEDs or Lights to indicate whether the process is in control for a particular shot

  • Data can be accessed via a separate PC/Laptop for setting Process Limits

  • Export of Data Files to separate PC/Laptop as required
