'DAQCast 2.0' is a low cost, retro-fittable, automated Process Data Acquisition System for pressure die-casting machines. It monitors multiple key process parameters for a single machine and displays these through graphical representation. The system is available with Statistical Process Control, using audible and visual alarms to indicate if the process is either approaching or outside acceptable limits. The system is controlled by a single PC mounted by the machine.

• Shot Data is output, in real time, to digital outputs for Process Warning Lights to indicate whether the process is in control for that particular shot

• PC also indicates status for each shot

• Stores all Data captured and outputs SPC data as an option.
